The subdivision developer of the Firewheel Farms II established the Home Owners Association and wrote the association documents including the Articles of Incorporation, the CCR, and the Bylaws in February 1993. The developer established Firewheel Farms II as a Mandatory Association under the statutes in the Texas Property Code. The developer completed his responsibility, recruited and appointed board officers and turned governance of the asociation over to board and members Feb 5, 1998.
