Annual Neighborhood cookout
is scheduled for October 11th
on Marcie Court beginning at
The first two cookouts had
big crowds and were a lot of fun for both the parents and kids. This yearís
cookout is looking to be even bigger and better. The HOA will provide burgers,
hot dogs, condiments, beans, potato salad, chips, plates, and drinks. Certainly
not required, but feel free to bring your favorite dessert...Iím always up for
an extra piece of pie or cake (I like cookies too!). Bring the whole family and
drag a neighbor along with you.

This may very
well be my last opportunity to address you as President of the HOA.
If you recall from our last letter, I am planning to retire
from the Board effective 12/31/2008.
I have enjoyed my tenure, but it is time to give someone else
the opportunity to lead our HOA.
If you would like to discuss how
you can join the Board or volunteer for one of the committees, please come to the October BBQ or e-mail me at
Again, thank you for the privilege of serving our community!
