2020 March 20. Fees for court Proceeding, collection of documents per attorney
request, Hearings and Trial of Suit to collect fees or to defend the associaiton

shall be $250 per hour of time required by directors or officers of the associaiton
plus attorney fees. Time charges are to be based on time records to be kept
and submitted by participating Directors, Officer or Attorney. Attorney Fee
to be awarded by Court Order. Fees collected based on time commitment
by directors or officers shall be paid to that director or officer.

*Legal fees from attorney are subject to change without action by the Board.
*Legal fees charged by the attorney will be added to the account balance due.

Fees not requiring membership approval listed above were approved by
the Firewheel Farms No 2 HOA Board of Directors.
There was no fee schedule prior to April 2011 other than the $25 late fee charge.
