Firewheel Farms No 2. Home Owners Association

Firewheel Farms 2 Home Owners association is a mandatory home owners  association with low annual fees. It includes Firewheel Farms #2, #3, #4, #5.

Our HOA maintains the public areas along Muirfield Rd, hosts events, garage sales, contributes to the Firewheel Farms Mothers Club, the July 4th Parade,  sponsors the Yard of the Month award program and other community activities. Volunteers are recognized each year at the annual meeting in March.

Membership Dues
Annual dues statements are mailed in early January with payment due by Feb 1. Late fees are applied March 1.
 

Failure to maintain dues current will result in actions that may include late fees, a demand letter & fee, and a public lien filed against the property with added legal fees. Late fees are reapplied each year that dues remains unpaid.
