Charles (Chuck) Lundin
President
Charles “Chuck” Graduated from UT Arlington and earned an MBA from the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management specializing in Management Information Systems. Chuck worked at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Collins Radio, and Texas Instruments in Corporate Systems. He founded a consulting business successfully for 12 years until 9/11/2001 when he began teaching Computer Sciences at Richland College and at Collin College.Chuck volunteered and was elected a director for Firewheel Farms No. 2 in 2006 and has worked with multiple presidents (Karen Wydra, Russell Dickson, Charlie Johnson, Steve Tharp).
Chuck’s experience working with Firewheel led him to complete an Associate Degree in Real Estate at Collin College in 2020. He plans to take the Texas Real Estate exam this year.

Obie Arellano
Vice President
Obie Arellano and his family have lived in Firewheel Farms since 2016. A few of the main things that drew him and his family to the neighborhood was the people, trees, accessibility and seclusion of the area. Obie and his family were hesitant about joining an HOA because their last HOA was a nightmare. This is one of the reasons Obie wanted to become involved in the HOA. He believes in community and the well being of his neighbors. The friends he and his family have made in this little corner of the world are what motivates him to make the neighborhood a better place.
Obie is a Texas native who works as a systems analyst for a law firm in downtown Dallas and has worked with technology for over 25 years. Obie and his family are actively involved in their Church (Five Stone Community Church) and love the outdoors and music. When Obie is not working he enjoys family time, technology, video games (playing and collecting new and older consoles and games). Obie has a deep love for music, humor, reading, survival skills, and movies.

Hi, neighbors! I'm Rhonda Calcote, and I've been happy to call Firewheel Farms home for the past couple of years. With more than 20 years of experience as a Realtor, I've learned that great neighborhoods are about more than beautiful homes - they're about the people who make them feel like home.
When I'm not working, you'll often find me gardening, spending time with my family, puzzling, or walking in our beautiful community. I'm excited to serve on the HOA Board and am committed to helping keep Firewheel Farms a beautiful, welcoming place where naighbors feel connected and proud to live.
I look forward to meeting more of you and working together to make our community even better!
